Your account and uploads
You must be at least 18 to use the paid service. Keep your account secure and upload only photos you own or have permission to use, depicting a consenting adult. Do not upload abusive, sexual, illegal or impersonating material. Do not present a generated video as proof that a real event occurred or imply an endorsement.
AI output and rights
You retain rights you hold in your original uploads. You give us permission to process them with our providers solely to deliver and support your requested generation. You may download and share your results subject to applicable law and any rights of others. AI output may contain visual errors and may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Credits and purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases in US dollars: 50 credits for $6.99, 100 for $9.99, 200 for $16.99 and 300 for $24.99. Standard costs 50 credits, HD costs 100. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. The displayed checkout amount controls what you pay. A return from checkout alone does not confirm payment.
Availability and failed jobs
Generation can be delayed or temporarily unavailable. Confirmed failed or timed-out paid jobs return the credits reserved for that job. A successful output may still contain AI artifacts. Media is retained for a limited period, so download your result promptly. See the refund policy for purchase disputes. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
